How do I get to the festival?
It Was Never A Phase Festival will take place at:
Garden Amphitheater at 12762 Main St, Garden Grove, CA 92840
Flights
Garden Grove is located just a few miles from SNA (Orange County International Airport).
Public Transportation
The closest Bus Stop is Garden Grove - Main. Just one block up to the festival grounds.
Rideshare, Taxis, + Limousines
Taxi, Limo, and rideshare drop off is located right at the entrance to the festival.
Parking
We encourage anyone who is planning to drink alcohol to use rideshare or get dropped off! If you are planning to drive, here is the information for parking.
No parking on site.
To find the closest public paid parking lots, use Google maps and search “Garden Grove Amphitheater parking”.
Parking is available on the street and south of Acacia Pkwy on either side of Main.
YES, the Festival is All Ages. If you are planning to drink alcohol you MUST have a valid photo ID. Pictures or copies of IDs will NOT be accepted. Children 5 and under accompanied by an adult are free to enter
What is the bag policy?
Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.
NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following:
Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.
All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear.
Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
For the avoidance of doubt, larger iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.

Prescription Medication and Dietary Restrictions
Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the festival however, if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed. It is recommended that patrons speak to the Security Manager and Medical Team members at the festival entry gate who can assist them.
Patrons are allowed to bring medically necessary materials and medications into the festival if they meet these guidelines:Prescriptions are in their original container
Only one type of medication is present, and the bottle contains only the appropriate amount of medication necessary while in attendance.
Prescriptions are not expired
The patron’s name is on the prescription bottle and is verified with an ID
Medications that require refrigeration can be brought to the medical tent for storage, after adhering to verification.

*** “Comfort", “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a"Service Animal" and are not permitted entry to the Event; For the Avoidance of Doubt, NO other Animals are Permitted.
The safety of our fans and Event attendees is of paramount concern to the Event organizers. The Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person or item the Event organizers and/or authorized security personnel deem(s) dangerous.

Safety at It Was Never A Phase Festival
We want every fan to feel safe at the festival. Specific questions regarding safety, security, medical, and any others can be directed to admin@itwasneveraphasefest.com. If you have an immediate need while on-site seek out any festival staffer, police, fire, or security personnel.
Security Screening & Entry
For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

What health & safety protocols will be implemented for the festival?
The safety of fans, artists and staff is thoroughly planned for among event organizers and in coordination with local authorities.
We will follow all guidelines as set forth by the city of Huntington Beach and the State of California at the time of the festival.
